Studio Policies
By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:
Arrival: Please plan to arrive early to ensure your service begins on time.
Neutral Scent Policy: Strong odors, including perfume, cologne, smoke, or marijuana, may result in your appointment being rescheduled at your expense. Please arrive scent-neutral.
24-Hour Policy: Cancellations or reschedules to a later time made within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service cost. No exceptions.
Late Arrivals: Arriving 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time is considered a missed appointment and will be charged in full.
2-Week Maintenance Shape-Up (Add-On Only): Available only with a Haircut and/or Beard service and not as a standalone service. Valid for 14 days from your original appointment and expires after 14 days. Walk-in only with the same barber. Clients must check their barber’s live availability on the booking platform and arrive within open time slots, not at closing or last minute. Service is based on availability.
Fees & Future Bookings: Missed appointment fees are not transferable and cannot be applied as credit. All outstanding balances must be paid before booking again. The booking platform automatically blocks accounts with unpaid balances until they are cleared.
Payment: Our booking platform requires a valid card on file to secure all appointments. Your card is not charged at the time of booking. Charges are only applied in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation in accordance with our 24-hour policy. Payment for completed services is collected at the front desk. We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
